Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at KATHERINE. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on akt7hr-hr.myshopify.com.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: KATHERINE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at jasonhweekdairy@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
